Who is a Mystery Shopper?
Mystery shoppers are basically everyday people
who visit stores as anonymous customers, evaluate
the service of their staff and help these stores
progress positively in their day to day business.
We at AMC, provide customized questionnaires for
mystery shoppers so that they can record detailed
information on their shopping visits. Questions
can be related to staff behaviour, attitude, dress
sense, knowledge of work, etc. Business owners
who are presently using our services get a more
realistic picture of how their customers perceive
their company.
Evaluation
A custom evaluation questionnaire and specific
scenario are prepared according to client needs.
"Shoppers" anonymously visit and/or
call the business location to interact with employees
as a regular customer. Clients decide what we
evaluate. Common evaluations are made in the following

Scoring
Each question, category and overall report are
scored based on a client’s operational standards.
As an example, a "Greeting" can hold
a higher score value than "Cleanliness".
An overall unbiased perception is recorded in
detail and reports may include both factual and
opinion based narratives.

The first step is to register online with us by
sending us a detailed profile on this website.
You can read our code of ethics and fill in our
application form.
Once we receive your profile and form, you are
eligible to sign up for mystery shopping assignments.
We will then contact you if a suitable project
comes up in your location. You will receive a
customized questionnaire and a background of the
service you will be evaluating.
On accepting an assignment, you will be given
a certain amount of days to complete your visit
and submit the report. Receipts from the visit,
along with a confirmation form given upon submitting
a report, must be sent to AMC within 3 days of
entering your report. As shop reports are completed
and reviewed for quality, our shoppers receive
a rating. Over time, this allows us to offer more
work to our highest performers and receive more
valuable reports.
